The accomplishments and achievements attained by Ms. Ellen Louise Parks, in the field of Crane rental services with VA Crane Rental Inc., warrants inclusion into The Heritage Registry of Who’s Who.   VA Crane Rental is a family owned business for over fifty years, providing crane and rigging rentals.  Ms. Parks father, George, started Parks Welding & VA Crane in 1954, and split the companies when he incorporated VA Crane in  October 1972.  Their goal is to provide the highest level of service to their clients and community at an exceptional value.   Highly trained crews and well-maintained equipment combined with an exceptional safety record and personal service make sure your project deadlines are met. The company is NCCCO certified, Miners Certified and has a WV Crane Operators License.  Ms. Parks started working in July 1972 helping her mother in the office, and learned a lot from her about how the office worked.  Ms. Parks set up a PC so she could do the billing, pay bills, pay employees and still run a one-woman office.  She also kept books for her brother’s other business.  Redman Construction Company provides subcontractors to build bridges.  Her father would always ask when he saw her if Tony had started his bridge job, and I would have to tell him not yet.  He started his first bridge job on November 13, 2009, and my father never got to see the bridge in person because he was killed that weekend.  Ms. Parks was there that weekend working at her father’s flea market which she helped him run  and had fun doing so every weekend.  The vendors were very nice and she made a lot of nice friends that she still has today.  Ms. Parks missed the flea market days, it was a great place for the elderly to get together and socialize and sell their merchandize.  Her family has continued to grow.  Her brothers, Dave, now has four grandchildren, Tony has two, and her sister also has two.

The Heritage Registry of Who’s Who™, a New York based biographical publication, selects and distinguishes individuals throughout North America who have attained a recognizable degree of success in their field of endeavor and thereby contributing to the growth their industry.
